Having problems viewing or printing the documents of

After clicking on the document link, I get a "Page cannot
be found" error and a red "X" on my screen?
Even though you may have Adobe Acrobat Reader program already installed...
the link in your browser program may have been removed or erased due to any updates/upgrades
made recently within your browser program (IE, Netscape, Etc). Reinstall Acrobat Reader and
all links within the browsers will be restored. Simply click on any
of the links within the website to download a free copy of Acrobat Reader
and install it on your computer.
I get an error message, "Program cannot be found"
when trying to download the document.
This means that you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on
your computer. Simply click on any of the links within the website to
download a free copy of Acrobat Reader and install it on your computer.
Then try to view the document again.
When I print it the document all that prints on the page is
the page number and the document title on the bottom of the page.
When you are viewing the document in the browser window be sure to
click on the Acrobat Reader print icon and not the Browser's window
printer icon near the tool/menu bar. See the example below of a typical
Acrobat reader window:
